How long does it take for my order to arrive? TOP
If you place your order prior to 4pm AEST, it will be packed and posted the same day via Express Post. Depending on your location, the general delivery time will be two days.

We are located in Perth, Western Australia however we deliver world wide.
Do you have a shop front? TOP
At this stage, our products are only available online. We do have a warehouse in Willetton where you are most welcome to collect. If you want to come and browse please call to make an appointment.
How much will postage cost? TOP
Some of our products are light in weight although delicate. Due to this, we often pack within boxes. Even if you only order a few things, they may need to be sent in an oversize satchel. If we are able to post using a smaller satchel, we will refund the postage difference immediately.

That all depends on your location. Generally, yes it will but to be sure, order early. If you get desperate, we can organise an overnight courier. Please contact us for costs.

Of course you can. Just contact us and we will let you know the details. If you live close by, we will even deliver! Make sure you click on the free postage link.
I live in New Zealand, will you post here? TOP
Yes we will. Please contact us for a postage estimate prior to ordering. It is quite reasonably priced.
Why can't I order? TOP
Just check that you are clicking the "order" button and not the "gift registry" button. If you simply want to order something for yourself, you do not need to log in. If you find that you are logging in, it means you have pressed the wrong button!

As long as you are in the priority express location (see www.auspost.com.au for details) you can place your order and select the priority option. Make sure that your order is placed prior to 4.00pm AEST.
